By making a purchase or signing up for an account with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.
- We reserve the rights to make amendments to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- The continued use of our website implies that you agree with our Terms & Conditions stipulated in this page.
- All illustrations and descriptions displayed on our website, brochure or in any other forms are for your reference only. Item(s) may not necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions provided.
- The collection of your personal data is only for us to ship the items to you. From time to time, we may send you marketing messages via email. If you do not wish to receive any marketing email, please login to your account and change the settings. We will still send you critical email messages (non-marketing) whenever necessary.
Refund / Exchange
- We provide a 30 days one for one exchange for items damaged during shipment. Damaged item must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Should a replacement not be available for an exchange, a refund will be made.
- Refunds or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds or exchange will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless or any reasons provided.
- Should a refund be made, the payment will be refunded according to the payment method you have chosen. (e.g. PayPal payment will be refunded via PayPal, cash payment will be refunded through cash). Shipping fee and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Wholesale / dealer customers are not entitled to an exchange or a refund.
Shipment / Collection
- Item(s) lost during shipping will be replaced or refunded accordingly.
- All items will only be sent out upon confirmation of payment.
